How do the tests work?
The tests are taken on-screen in a small PDF file that is emailed between you and your client.

What is a PDF?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. PDFs can be viewed on any computer system and shared with anyone around the world.

Do I need any special software?
No not at all. The only thing that you and your client need to do is download the free Adobe reader . We recommend downloading Adobe Reader 8 which only takes a few moments, as some of the features will not work properly with earlier versions.

Will the analysis expire and will I have to renew my subscription?
No, they will last forever.

Can I share the PDF with other Therapists?
We are afraid not. As part of the user agreement that you agree to when you download your PDF, it can only be used by you.

What's included in the download?
You receive two personalised PDF's, your instructions and instructions to send to your clients.

How long will it take to receive my personalised PDF's?
As soon as we have received your payment we will email your personalised PDF's to you.
